You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, sealed, intact (including all relevant labels and tags) and the product should not show any signs that is has been used . Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

After contacting our sales department on and after our team approves that the item can be returned, this needs to be returned intact at our Swatar shop.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days.

Any credit card charges or commissions linked with the refund of goods returned will be incurred by the purchaser.


Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item should this have been shipped outside Malta. If the item was bought or delivered to a Maltese address, then the item should be returned by the purchaser to phoneREFIX, 58, Tower Road Swatar.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
