Our expert technicians will carefully investigate and diagnose your phone to look for any current or potential faults.
By doing so, we will be able to detect the issue and solve it accordingly. This step is essential and will save our clients time and money. Where needed, the parts will be replaced on the spot since we stock a vast number of parts for a wide range of brands and models.
Prior commencing any repairs, the client will be informed with what the issue is and if a repair is necessary and discuss the extra costs to continue with the repair service.
Should the client not want to go ahead with the repair, there will be no obligation to repair the device and this will be returned in the same state our technician got. Since the diagnostic is free, there will be no charge.
Once the client approved the estimate and gives our team the go ahead to repair the device, the repair will be done accordingly. The diagnostic service will not be charged in the final cost.
Please be aware diagnostics may take longer than usual repairs as our trained technicians take extra time to look at every element of the device and check for faulty parts.
